28/07/09 - 15 weeks 1 day

hey everyone sorry but iv missed a week out of this diary because iv been so buisy. last monday my 6yr old nephew josh came up to stay with me and my sister for the week, oh my days he has a rediculous ammount of energy. robi was on a weeks holiday from work so we chilled at home and cleaned the house until thursday then we went with my sister and josh to the swimming baths, i lasted about a hour in that public swimming pool i was cold and wet and it was buisy because of the kids holidays it wasnt very nice, it reminded me why i wanted to join a private gym rather then a council one, after swimming we got some fish and chips then went home a bit later on for a relaxing sleep, which i needed after having joshua all day wednesday and him sleeping over wednesday night aswell haha. friday was good, we went to the discovery museum which was interesting. poor robi got a really bad tooth ach and wasnt feeling very well at all, we went back to my sisters for a few hours and he had a sleep which seemed to ease it off a little, so we took joshua out again to a place caleld gients den which is like a big indoor playground for kids with ball pools and slides and it also had a little go karting track as well. we all had a bit of a run round climbling through nets and up laddes through tunnels and down slides. all off us came off with some kind of carpet burn haha. we had dinner at my sisters then we went home, it was joshes last night so he stayed with tracey and i was at work on saturday night, my brother and sister in law steven came up on saturday to pick up joshua and brouhgt me a winnie the pooh mosis basket and rocker stand with all the sheets and bedding bless then its beautiful, they came for a visit and had a drink. it was nice for me because iv lived in newcastle 2 years now and this is the first time they have come up to visit haha. work was alright this weeked just wanted to get it over with and it went pretty fast to be honest, on my first day off today and enjoyed a lay in until 12pm hahaha bumps growing and growing its starting to get very noticable now its getting higher and higher, only a few more weeks and i should be able to feel baby moving about. iv felt good this week aswell. started getting a few pains in my ankles and legs because of being stood up so long which can get a bit irritating but other then that id say the pregnancy is perfect, not getting headachs anymore thank god, and my appitite has come back with a vengence and im wanting to eat absolutely everything in site hahaha anyways thats all from me for now ill write next week to tell you how this week went, got lots of wages to come this week so think ill be going out to get baby some clothes :) how exciting, anyways bye for now xxx

17/07/09 13 weeks 4 days

well what a buisy week iv just had went to work at the weekend and then on tuesday did a killer bus journey for a hour and half to go look at a gym haha i had no idea it was so far so i didnt end up joining that gym iv found another one which is close by so going to have a look at that one next week which on the internet looks absolutely beautiful a real luxery im going to put the money from me quitting smoking towards my monthly subscription which is only 35 pound a month then i can put whats left away to get baby some toys and treats and maby even a holiday next year. well then we get to wednesday im trying to take charge of all my finances (which is easier said then done) so went to citizens advice for an interview with an advisor for some advise on handeling my finances which went well ill get a letter about the interview next week to let me know the conclusion. thursday the nhs stop smoking advisor came round we got lots of information to help us quit and stay quit and got out prescriptions for out nicotine replacement therapy which we went to go pick up from boots be and robi had a massive clean in the house getting in every crack and not missing once speck of dust haha was a very buisy day, then we get to today, our smoking quit day, this is the first time iv gone so long wihout a cigarette, i had to do a breath test with the stop smoking advisor which my reading came out as 7 which is borderline of a NON SMOKER and a LIGHT SMOKER so i was pretty happy because it showed that all my effort of cutting right down had worked because robi haddent tried to cut down and his reading came out as 16 which was at the top of heavy smoker haha its now 10pm exacally and its been more then 24 hours sinse my last cig so im very proud of myself and robi for doing so well on our first day, been a bit agitated but i think were both doing very well indeed. tried to have a lazy day today because of such a buisy week and insted ended up clearing out the babys room and having a sort out through the bedroom robi started making the living room child friendly too so weve made a step fowards with getting everything ready for bubbas arrival today, good start i think so well done us ill keep you posted and post again next friday when ill be coming up to 15 weeks haha time is flying :)

hey all, the scan went amazing baby is all healthy and growing at a good speed i was mesured as 12 weeks 4 days so im a few days behind what i thought i was so now my weekly milestones are every monday insted of friday haha, so ill be 13 weeks pregnant on monday making my new due date the 17th jan 2010, we ended up getting a taxi up to the hospital which i discoverd is miles away haha lets hope i dont go into labour and need to get to hospital fast because ill be giving birth in the car haha, robi absolutely loved the scan we both had a tear it was an amazing thing to experiece together, little bubba was moving his/her arms and lets loads a really active baby, its going to get painful when i start feeling them power kicks haha. when we got back from the hospital robi had to go strait back to work so i came back home for a relaxing afternoon once again choosing a cheesy movies getting into my PJ's and craving macaroni cheese i cooked some to eat in bed with my movie and a cup of tea, everything was going fine until my stomach churned i dashed to the bathroom only making it as far as the kitchen sink before i threw up all my macaroni cheese that i was happily enjoying 10 minutes before this incedent, it made me laugh so hard because i was more botherd about the fact that I was really enjoying my mac and cheese before bubba decided it was time mummy was sick for the first time haha it was so surreal, the wierdest part being after cleaning the sink with disinfectant and brushing my teeth i went back to eating the rest of my mac and cheese and felt fine haha. fianlly set my quit smoking day for exacally a week today because we fin ally managed to get an appointment with an NHS stop smoking advisor so we will both be able to start our nicotine replacement therapy which im really looking foward to doing as i will no longer be risking bubbas life for a selfish adiction. anyways thats all from me for this week ill post in next friday and let you know how my week went :)

03/07/09 week 12

well here we are, week 12 coming into my second trimester already, i cannot belive how quickly thease first 3 months have flown. not been very well this week at all, first i got a nasty cold. then i started feeling lightheaded and dizzy and struggled to get out of bed, which suited me fine until it started to get really unbearable. i got my first hormone tears when i was telling robi how horrible i felt, i had no idea why i was crying but i think i was just upset about feeling so ill for the last week. starting to see a little bump finally. its still a jelly belly but its sticking out more and more every day a few more weeks and i think ill be noticably pregnant.
cant wait for the scan, only a week to go and we can see our little one on the screen and get some amazing pictures which ill upload onto here.
iv calmed down a little bit now knowing im out of that little danger zone. the little em bmbrio is now knows as a fetus, it has hands, a little heartbeat and it can even have hiccups (reading too many baby books) back to work tomorow night, im really not looking foward to it, iv loved having all this time off with no worrries except which cheesy movie im going to watch next. but on the other hand its going to be nice to get lots of hours in and earn lots of cash to put away for bubbas things. sat writing this and im craving macaroni cheese so i think im going to go make some and watch my last cheesy movie before back to work tomorow (ps i fally got to put on that lemon maternity dress today because the sun came out then just as i was about to pop to the shop it started to rain and thunder so i still havent managed to get my wear out of it :( ) the next time i write ill be telling you all about the scan wooo only a week to go. in the meantime wish me luck at work without fainting from fatness haha :)

26/06/09 week 11

well what a loverly week iv just had, iv hardly left the house at all been laying around watching old 80's movies and sleeping and eating when i want. being off work is loverly i didnt even get bored haha. I am now definaly looking foward to my maternity leave.
nothing really to report with the pregnancy, still really tired though theres being a little improvement, the weather has being absolutely beautiful so iv been on fire for the last week with every window open and the fan on trying to keep myself nice and cold. robi's been having a blast on his xbox thought id give him a bit of freedom and i made myself scarce in the bedroom with all my favorite movies. its been nice to get some time in together, we havent spent a full week together like this...ermm..... since christmas 2007 almost 2 years ago haha.
i do like my time to myself as well but its being really nice having him around all week, hes being giving me massages and pampering me and making sure im eating and drinking, hes deffinatly going to be and amazing father and i think he knows that too.
